The Power of Investing

The lush, green country of Nicaragua is one of the most striking places on Earth. But it is the southwest portion of the country, along a 30-mile stretch of Pacific shoreline known as The Emerald Coast, where its exquisite, natural beauty and innate romance shine brightest. It is also the home of Guacalito de la Isla, and countless other incomparable cultural and tourist attractions which make for unforgettable experiences and powerful investment opportunities.

Guacalito de la Isla is located in the region known as Tola, an area just 30 minutes from San Juan del Sur, boasting some of the best surf beaches and dramatic coastlines in all of Nicaragua. It is the combination of these natural qualities and unique cultural attractions that is positioning The Emerald Coast of Nicaragua as a world-class tourism destination.

A great indicator of tourism and a draw for potential investors alike is the sustained increase in pricing for coastal real estate since 2001 (400%). Properties continue to increase in value and a proliferation of developments (over 70 projects active at this time) is widely apparent. Particularly important are developments, such as Guacalito de la Isla, which focus their foundation on maintaining the beauty and heritage of Nicaragua.

Guacalito de la Isla’s developmental principles guide the vision for a living environment where fortunate families may live lightly on the land, and strengthen the bonds of family and community. This sustainable mindset, merged with the rich nature and culture of Nicaragua, is what makes this land a gem to explore or own, now and well into the future.

  1. I just came back from hacienda Iguana and being originally from Rivas, noticed the progress. I left my country in 1979 to Madrid and been in Miami since 1981. I have meet the Pellas and assisted them at Nordstrom and now where I work at Donald J Pliner.
I visited this website and did not noticed any career choices. I would consider moving back to my country to work for the Pellas, where can I submit my Resume at?
I have a dual citizenship now, my Dad was from Madrid, Spain and now an American. I would be very interested in applying for a position at Guacalito’s
    Thank you,
